Christ Saving Souls Ministries (CSSM), Pakistan, is a nonprofit Christian organization with a mission to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Rooted in faith, love, hope, and unity, we work to bring freedom to countless modern-day bonded families and children trapped in brick kiln slavery here in Pakistan.

What Is Modern-Day Brick Kiln Bondage in Pakistan?

Just as the Israelites in Egypt were forced to make bricks under the oppressive rule of Pharaoh (Exodus 1:8–11), many families in Pakistan today live under a similar form of bondage. These families, including their children, work tirelessly in brick kilns, crushed under heavy debts and treated as less than human

These modern-day slaves face persecution, harassment, and inhumane treatment, often enduring physical and emotional abuse. Their daily reality mirrors the oppression of Israel in ancient Egypt, yet this devastating truth remains hidden from much of the world.

How God Is Using CSSM Pakistan

At CSSM Pakistan, we are committed to being Jesus’ hands and feet to serve and uplift these families. Through God’s provision, we focus on meeting their most urgent needs while sowing seeds of freedom and transformation in their lives.

Basic Necessities

During harsh winters, we provide beds, blankets, warm clothes, and gloves. In summer, we supply water coolers, mosquito nets, and lightweight clothing to protect them from the heat.

Clean Water

We install water hand pumps in brick kiln communities to ensure access to clean water for drinking and cooking.

Food Packages

When resources allow, we deliver monthly food packages to families who often struggle to feed their children, even two meals a day.

Breaking the Chains of Bondage

The cycle of bonded labor persists because these families cannot repay their crushing debts and live in tiny, dilapidated homes owned by the kiln owners, with little hope of escape.

But God has given CSSM Pakistan a bold vision to break these chains by addressing these families’ spiritual, economic, social, and educational needs. We are working diligently to set them free—one family at a time.
